Protection Against Strategic Lawsuits (Anti-SLAPP Commitment)

EMET NEWS PRESS operates strictly within the framework of public participation, independent journalism, and open-source intelligence (OSINT). Our publications serve the public interest by exposing disinformation, analyzing hybrid threats, and strengthening democratic resilience.

In accordance with the Directive (EU) 2024/1069 of the European Parliament and of the Council on protecting persons who engage in public participation from manifestly unfounded or abusive court proceedings ("Anti-SLAPP Directive"), we explicitly state that we will not succumb to legal intimidation, vexatious litigation, or abusive cross-border lawsuits intended to restrict freedom of expression or censor fact-based research.

Any attempt to misuse the judicial system to suppress our analytical briefs or compromise our security assessments will be vigorously defended, reported to relevant European press freedom watchdogs, and countered by pursuing all available legal remedies, including claims for full cost recovery and damages under applicable law.

Notice Regarding Formal Warnings (Avoidance of Litigation)

In the event of disputes, statutory non-compliance, copyright issues, or potential legal conflicts on this platform, we kindly request that you contact us directly and immediately without issuing a formal, costly legal warning (Abmahnung).

We are fully committed to reviewing justified concerns promptly and taking immediate corrective action if a legally valid infringement is identified. A prior formal warning is therefore unnecessary.

Any costs incurred through formal legal interventions or unilateral lawsuits initiated without prior, direct contact will be rejected in full. In such cases, we reserve the right to assert claims for legal fees based on a violation of the statutory duty to mitigate damages (Schadensminderungspflicht according to § 254 BGB).

Comprehensive Prohibition of AI Utilization, Training, and Scraping (With Search Engine Exceptions)

The operator of this website expressly prohibits any and all utilization, harvesting, analysis, scraping, or extraction of the published texts, investigative briefs, open-source intelligence (OSINT) data, structural layouts, and media by or for artificial intelligence (AI) systems, large language models (LLMs), machine learning algorithms, or automated data-mining tools.

Explicit Exceptions: This prohibition does not apply to the standardized web-crawling processes of commercial search engines (such as the standard Googlebot or Bingbot) used exclusively for indexing, caching, and displaying normal web search results to human users.

However, any secondary usage of these indexed contents to train, fine-tune, or feed generative AI services, AI summary tools, or conversational bots owned by these search engine providers (including, but not limited to, Google Gemini or Microsoft Copilot) is strictly prohibited under Article 4(3) of EU Directive 2019/790. Any unauthorized automated processing for AI purposes will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
